4. Account Suspension

QFX Markets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for the following reasons:

• KYC failure
• Fraud
• Chargebacks
• Violation of terms

5. Limitations

QFX Markets is not liable for any losses or issues arising from:

• Market losses
• Server downtime
• Delayed transactions
• Third-party failures
